Special K Nourish® Berries and Peaches is the only cereal from a leading brand with active probiotic cultures to help support digestive health. Plus, it’s made with real fruit and yogurty pieces. 160 calories, 3g fiber and 12g whole grains per serving.

Special K® Crunchy Bites—available in Dark Chocolate Salted Nut and Honey Sunflower Seed—combine the exciting flavors of a salt-sweet snack mix with a satisfying crunch and wholesome ingredients. 150 calories, 2g fiber, 3g protein and 6-7g sugars per serving.
