Kellogg’s MyBowl™ extends the messages of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s MyPlate by illustrating that all food groups can fit into all meals, even those traditionally served in bowls.* Healthcare professionals can use MyBowl™ and the tools and resources that help support it to educate people on how to make the most of their breakfast meal.

One serving of Kellogg's cereal and 1/2 cup of skim milk is a powerful combination of protein and grains that helps refuel your body. Protein helps you rebuild, grains help you recharge. Together, grains and protein help you fuel right. There is also a great opportunity to add more vitamins, minerals and fiber by adding fruit as a topping.
